Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Pro Class Tint, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. Our Return Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Please read below to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

Your Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply in addition to any return policy we offer.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, including incorrect selections. However, we may, at our discretion, accept a return within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • You cover the return postage costs

Please note: change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Used or installed window tint films
  • Custom cut or pre-cut tint kits
  • Digital downloads or training content
  • Gift cards
  • Training or workshop bookings (see below for cancellations)

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at admin@proclasstint.com.au. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request:

  1. Email admin@proclasstint.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once approved, return the item to the provided address.

Note: Unless the product is faulty or supplied in error, return shipping is at your expense.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Training & Workshop Cancellations

Cancellations for in-person training or workshops must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations unless required by law.
