Modesta, a small, boutique manufacturer headquartered in Takamatsu, Japan, specialises in crafting high-end paint protection coatings. Over the years, Modesta has garnered a global reputation for developing the most exclusive products in its industry.

Coating Inclusions

All our Paint Protection Coatings are applied in house by our Trained and Certified Coating Specialists. All Modesta applications follow a strict process to ensure High Quality, Professional Standards and customer satisfaction are exceeded with every install. Included with every coating:

This is where we will personally view and assess the current condition of your vehicle paintwork and better understand what your desired outcome is to ensure your expectations are met.

We will pre wash your vehicle in stages and using correct techniques to ensure all dirt and contamination are removed successfully.

We will spend time machine polishing your paintwork to correct any light swirls or imperfections prior to adding the protection. If a more heavier correction is required this can be discussed in the Pre Consult stage.

This is where we will clean the paintwork of all residue, oils and waxes using a surface prep chemical to ensure the coating can fully bond to the paintwork.

A layer of the chosen coating is then applied using correct industry techniques to ensure an even and smooth finish. If a top coat is included it will be applied after the recommend curing time of the base coat has lapsed.

The vehicle is left in our internal curing bays to allow the coating to harden and bond effectively before taken outside or driven on the road. This step is critical to unsure the durability of a coating.

This is where you get to come see your pride and joy in its elite form, with a personal handover and reveal with our staff. You will also receive all your warranty documentation and a personal care package to help maintain your new coatings!

BC-08 “Neosillica Matrix Coating”

An easy coating for daily driven vehicles. Zirconium traces create shine and lustre within the paint while its 3D matrix gives water repellency and self-cleaning effects. The coatings thick layer acts as a self-sacrificing barrier to protect the paint finish from scratches and adverse environmental effects.

BC-X “Modesta’s Newest Mid-Level Coating”

BC-04 “Nano-Titanium Glass Coating”

This coating combines the advantages of the original pure liquid glass coatings with the highest quality nano-grade titanium. This combination creates a deeper shine with better reflections on the paint. It is fully resistant to oxidation due to the inorganic nature of the coating and the hard physical barrier also prevents paint from coming into contact with air acting as an anti-scratch protectant.

BC-05 “Advanced Water Repellent Glass Coating”

A unique glass coating based on a 3D molecular frame forming a highly durable clear, hard glass layer on automotive paints. This coating produces deep shine and helps to protect the paint from wash -induced damage, scratches, oxidation, sap, watermarks, salts, acids and even permanent ink and paints. Its strong water repellent properties promote a self-cleaning effect of the coating. Its “candy like” gloss adds unique reflections and saturation to the paint of the vehicle.

EGC “Exterior Glass Coating”

Durability – 3-5 years

A carefully formulated blend of silica resins that add a microscopic layer to the surface of exterior glass of motor vehicles, which improves the visibility while driving through rain and helps in keeping the windscreen clean by inhibiting adhesion of insects, grime and other dirt to the glass. The hydrophobic characteristics of the coating also aid removal of ice/snow in the winter weather.

LPS-01/02 “Leather Protection Serum”

Durability – 3-5 years

This serum delivers exceptional protection to all leather and leather like surfaces within the interior of motor vehicles. Its two component system is the only in the market that protects the surfaces from both penetration by liquids and dirt as well as abrasion.

EPC “Exterior Plastic Coating”

Durability – 3-5 years

This coating is a unique blend of ingredients restoring uncoated exterior plastic parts by adding saturation and colour depth. On weathered plastic parts with faded colour, it will restore the original look and feel on the surface whilst also protecting it from UV, radiation and oxidation, giving more life to the material.

BC-06 “High Temp Wheel Coating”

Durability – 5 years

This thick silica film made from perhydropolysilazane protects the car body and wheels from dust and raindrops that penetrate soft paints or other painted surfaces. It is removed with great effort, meaning protection washing is required less frequently. This coating undergoes a chemical reaction when it meets a painted surface, creating a hard glass coating. It has a tightly packed molecular structure that creates a solid, long-lasting surface. It is heatproof up to 1300 degrees which is enough to protect wheels from burning-hot brake dust.

BC-M “Matte Finish Paint Coating”

Durability - 10 years

The very best Modesta has to offer, Private Label combines the advantages of both organic and inorganic technologies, delivering unprecedented shine, protection, resistance and self-cleaning effects. This coating consists of two separate parts; an extremely thick and hard inorganic base coat and a super hydrophobic organic top coat. These layers combined together during the application process form one durable protective layer, resistant to tar and asphalt from the roads, corrosion, oxidation, chemicals and mechanical damage. This coating requires regular maintenance and yearly renewal. It is especially suitable for the more exclusive vehicles that can take advantage of professional care.
